The CAT and the hell!!

Confederate X132 Hellcat

Dhoni, who is known to be a big fan of speed bikes and fast cars, purchased the X132 Hellcat in April this year.
Apart from playing his favourite Helicopter shot that sends the ball out of the stadium, what else gives MS Dhoni a rush? Bikes.

Dhoni's love for automobiles is no secret and he has a vast collection that boasts of Harley Davidson, Toyota Corolla, Mitsubishi Pajero, Yamaha 650cc, Kawasaki Ninja, H2 2009 Hummer SUV, Hero Honda CBZ, etc.

According to reports, the Indian captain owns fourteen bikes - 11 in Ranchi, two in Mumbai and two in Chennai. And the latest addition to his collection is a Hellcat. He is the first person in South Asia to have an X132 Hellcat. It cost him Rs 58 lakh.

Dhoni's passion for ultra power and comfort blended to a machine lead him to pick the CAT. Afterall the killing looks of the bike also gave an extra mielage.

And more about the HELLCAT!!!!

CONFEDERATE HELLCAT X132

Confederate has never been shy of making big claims. This is the Alabama company’s latest model, and it comes with a mission statement: “With the X132 Hellcat, we set out to build the toughest motorcycle ever made”. Confederate makes a big play of the Hellcat’s drag racing influence, citing a three-inch diameter steel backbone frame and a “patented drag race powertrain” incorporating a “vertical stack transmission” tied to the swingarm pivot. Owned by former lawyer H. Matthew Chambers, Confederate’s marketing is as heavy-duty as the bike, and champions “the American Way”. Hellcat components include Marzocchi forks, Pirelli Supercorsa tires, a Beringer/Brembo brake system and Motogadget instrumentation. The 132 ci (2163 cc) V-twin motor, developed with the help of S&S, puts out 132 bhp—which might not sound like much given the capacity, but the Hellcat is relatively light at 500 lbs (226 kg). The cost is $45,000. A reasonable price, do you think?
